I decided to say, "Screw it!" and stitched it together without them (I did a 1/4" all around), and then gave the blouse to my daughter who is itty bitty compared to me. Done and done. Oh, and the gnomes? Also had a passionate moment for them and bought yards and yards. But, as I tell my sewing students all the time, I realized years ago that you can make very little from one yard, and not much from two, so at some point you might as well get five, and from there it's a short leap to, "I'll just take whatever's left on the bolt, please. And can you throw in the bolt?" Which is why half my garage is now fabric storage. (Contented sigh here.)
